Infant Water Safety

O-kay, so apparently this is not new news.
I have been living in a cave in the far reaches outside of civilization.
Admittedly, I don't watch the news, it's usually too depressing and overly dramatic for my taste, so maybe that is why I missed this. But even so, I'm embarrassed to admit that I have four children and none of them know how to swim.
I have memories of swimming for as far back as my memory goes, but I grew up with a pool in our backyard. Still no excuse, my children are not strangers to water. Therefore I will be contacting one of these instructors immediately.

So just in case you've been living in a cave as well, check out this link. It's amazing.

Sophia can swim. Not well, but she can swim. She shoed me that she can the last time we were in a pool, at Diane's.
I've been waiting for you to post and this is what I get?
Hopefully there is more to come?
What about "Glutton for punishment" or "Our little patch of dirt" or the long awaited "My husband is the best man on earth"?
lol. Don't you just hate that lol?

Hey Dawn -- I got to your blog thru a comment you left for Jess. As a fellow Texan and friend of JRB's I feel like we might have a few things in common? (Though there's no way I'll ever make cookies that look as delicious as yours!) Thanks so much for posting this info. I'm currently 24 wks preggers with our first child, and I plan to look into this in a few months. Luckily there are 2 instructors in my area!
